Daphne Wright is a Commercial Escrow Officer in the Commonwealth NCS Phoenix office and brings over 25 years of experience in the title insurance industry. Her career spans New Mexico, Nevada, and Arizona, giving her broad regional expertise and a deep understanding of a wide range of transaction types.

Daphne began her career as a Receptionist and advanced through dedication, professionalism, and a strong commitment to learning. Within a few years, she earned the role of Escrow Officer and went on to handle diverse transactions, including serving as the lead Escrow Officer for a major homebuilder while working in Nevada.

Since joining Commonwealth in 2021, Daphne has focused exclusively on Commercial Escrow. She is known for her organized approach, clear communication, and commitment to delivering smooth, timely closings. Her extensive experience and strong customer‑service mindset make her a trusted and reliable partner for clients across the commercial real estate industry.
