His background includes managing highly complex and sophisticated multi‑million‑dollar and multi‑billion‑dollar transactions across a wide range of asset types, including construction, self‑storage, multifamily, bankruptcies, casinos, power plants, office, co‑insurance, reinsurance, and various other commercial real estate structures. Michael has worked with some of the largest REITs, corporations, and investors around the world.

Michael and his team specialize in managing national portfolio transactions with precision and efficiency. Using Commonwealth’s data systems, charts, spreadsheets, and streamlined underwriting processes, they ensure that even the most intricate deals move forward smoothly. Their extensive expertise allows them to anticipate challenges, resolve obstacles quickly, and deliver a high level of service on every transaction.

Michael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northern Arizona University, along with a professional certificate in Investments. A native of Flagstaff, he now resides in the greater Phoenix area with his wife and their two young children.
